Most AI collaboration ends at an answer. Quorum connects understanding to execution without erasing the line between what the AI proposed, what policy permitted, what a human approved, and what an external provider confirmed.

The AI participates in eligible rooms and in the owner’s private AI conversation. When a request contains multiple operations, Quorum builds a dependency graph. A contact lookup can resolve the recipient for a mail send. That send and a calendar write can pause separately for approval. A reminder can persist as a server-side automation after the immediate steps complete.

This is not hidden orchestration. The graph, authority decision, approval state, result, and provider reference are part of the visible collaboration record.

Automations expose their enabled state, last and next run, retry behavior, run history, and terminal outcome. An owner can disable them or use Run now. When an automation invokes external work, the same action policy and receipt model applies.

Can the AI send email automatically?

Only when the configured mail tool authority and its limits permit that exact action. Otherwise the resolved send waits for approval. Owners control the boundary.

Which workplace system does Quorum support now?

The implemented integration covers Zoho Mail, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, and Contacts. The site does not claim unfinished connectors as available.

Is Quorum’s AI always Codex-powered?

The HiperFusion deployment uses an ephemeral, server-side Codex process. AI provider choice is a deployment configuration decision rather than a property of the desktop archive.
